An informative website, but more to the point, these guys have proven to us that they are much more than agents and brokers. They have provided to us off-market assets, of high yield and value, provided initial specific overviews and costings, co-ordinated all preliminary legal interfaces, resulting in a done deal. These peole know what they are doing, and how to do it! A pleasant change from the internet "fee vultures", who seem to say a lot, but know nothing, and do even less.

I am beginning to like this. While many sites limit their properties to a specific national or regional market, you seem to be following property markets as they have something to offer the investor, and doing it with good timing, and a close eye on the markets. They profess to be experts regarding certain countries, but continue to flog "dead donkeys" when that market ceases to be a viable investment.
